winLAME is an encoder for various audio formats including MP3 (MPEG Layer 3), Ogg Vorbis and more. winLAME lets the encoding with an easy-to-use wizard-in user interface style.
winLAME uses the LAME mp3 encoding library for encoding and decoding of the MAD library for decoding.

# Fixed version check libFLAC.dll, only to version 1.1.2 are currently supported (porting winLAME the API changes would be welcomed!)
