The application rebox.NET demuxes a selected video and audio from an MKV container for the purpose of remuxing to a suitable container for playback on the XBOX360 and / or the PlayStation 3 No attempt is made to any video conversion, only audio is converted, if necessary.

As long as you should have about three times as large as the original file in free space, "OK," they rely on the default. If you have less than twice the room, you will receive a warning.
The other option is for you to split your files. Since consoles only read that USB sticks are formatted with FAT32, we observe much to their requirements. FAT32 does not allow a single file larger than 4GiB so if your output will be larger than 4GB, I strongly recommend this option, split it with 4GB, or if you prefer, into two halves. The green button seems to 'Start'.
